Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TreatmentDesk, all users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If a subscriber does not agree to these terms, access to our services should be discontinued. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform by any account holder constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Description of Service

TreatmentDesk provides appointment scheduling, client management, and business tools designed specifically for wellness and treatment professionals. The platform includes online booking capabilities, staff management features, integrated payment processing through Stripe, and comprehensive reporting tools. TreatmentDesk reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

Account Responsibilities

Each account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Subscribers must provide accurate business information when registering and keep all details current. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately. Business owners using team features are responsible for the actions of staff members they invite to the platform.

Acceptable Use

All users agree to use TreatmentDesk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The platform may not be used to transmit harmful content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with service operations. TreatmentDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice. Each subscriber is responsible for any applicable taxes on services rendered. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment providers.

Client Data and Consent

Usage of TreatmentDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Account holders retain full ownership of all client information uploaded to the platform. By using the service, subscribers grant TreatmentDesk a limited license to process this information solely to provide and improve our services. Each business owner is responsible for obtaining necessary consents from clients before storing personal details or health information. We recommend consulting applicable privacy regulations such as those outlined by the FTC Privacy Guidelines.

Intellectual Property

TreatmentDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the platform or any content is strictly prohibited without express written permission from TreatmentDesk.

Limitation of Liability

TreatmentDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service usage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding any claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Termination

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings. TreatmentDesk may terminate or suspend any account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform ceases immediately. Former subscribers may request an export of their business and client records within 30 days of account closure. After this period, all associated content may be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or service usage shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established commercial arbitration rules. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
